Service status

Customer-safe operational state.

Use status.sovn.run for the public status surface. Its data publisher is not yet connected, so it must not be treated as an operational availability guarantee.

The status surface intentionally excludes Kubernetes, Vault, internal hosts, private service addresses, vendor internals, credentials, and operator-only incident notes.
